Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selection. Free shipping unlocks at the case tier (12-can pack) and above for Founders List members.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within the US. You get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before the production run ships. Email support@drinkzerohour.com with your order number and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

Damaged, lost, or just wrong here's how we make it right.
What is your return policy?
Unopened cases can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For damaged shipments, we'll replace at no cost no return required.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Snap a photo of the damage and the shipping label, then email it to support@drinkzerohour.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the affected cans on the next outbound run.
